Is the Leithans the only taur tranformation item in TITS or is there a centaur transformative I've yet to find.

Horse costume on Poe A is one of the options. Although the invite to that planet is a little random with a check happening at midnight every in game day. And Catnip override on the legs gives a tauric configuration.

Don't forget Taurico Venidae (deerium).
Horse pill also lists that if you have more than two legs it'll convert them to four horse legs.

There's also the Catnip legs overdose (choose override on the second use). Bought from Jade on Tavros or dropped from Cyberpunk Security on Zheng Shi.
