I remember way back in the day when Unnamed text Adventure was just a proof of concept; it might be difficult to find given that Flash is now depreciated. But I also remember Fen speaking about the text based transformation game that inspired it. It was only partially made transformation game; that had extremely chaotic and weird transformations. The game-play loop was selling your body out at different brothels or fighting monsters in an arena to get money and spend money on transformation items. They where named like; 'Chaos Potion', 'Equis' and 'Aphrodite' and things like that; it all had vaguely Latin themed names too them. The potions would give you extra eyes, extra tongues, extra heads, extra penises, extra vaginas, extra breasts, extra legs, extra mouths, tentacles, and other really strange and random transformations that could cause the player to become a literal abomination.
At the start of the game you could visit normal, strange and then outright underground brothels and each step the randomly generated clients would get stranger and stranger. At first you could work in a normal brothel, but if your body became too exotic you would go to increasingly secluded ones with higher paying and equally strange clients;, till you are forced into an underground dungeon only having sex with other monsters. At some point if you became too much of a monstrosity that the only thing you could do was fight in a gladiatorial arena in order to earn enough money to buy transformation potions and hopefully reverse the previous potions effects.
I think it might have been called Exile or Exiled. I think it was made in 2010? Or at least that is what I can gather from what I remember from Futanari Palace or maybe e621; but I Can't remember where I downloaded it. I remember the starting icon was a big red circle and when starting the game there was a short blurb of text explaining the reason why the player is there before going into sandbox gameplay.
