Trouble Buying Reagents on Mobile

I’m playing the latest version of the game in the iOS browser and trying to buy reagents is very inconsistent. Sometimes it works; other times I buy them, hit checkout, and then… they don’t appear in my inventory.

Any clue what’s happening?

Ios isn't really supported so maybe that's it. Android seems to work just fine, but the most recent patch kind of borked a lot of stuff so ymmv.
