Transfering files between Windows/Linux/Apple -> Android (ARM or x64)

I dont know if anyone else has discovered the method I used, but if anyone is interested let me know. It was a long winded (but ultimately a slap on the forehead obvious) method. Lemme know, and I will post my findings here.


To be clear, the method I used let me import a save edited by TiTSEd into my android.

But yeah, I guess if anyone gets confused there are a few of us here that have figured out how to get our waifu/dickgirl chars off our PCs... and into our tablets/phones.
