Like the title said the tooltip only show up for only one frame then it's gone please fix this i want to play this game on android

Considering this is a feature that worked perfectly fine in the Android builds back when the game was running on flash and currently works fine on the PC builds, and those tooltips are crucial to getting the proper context for some choices (especially when they have warnings about content that you may or may not want to see) I'd definitely consider this a bug. It's a game feature that doesn't work correctly.
It's a feature that has yet to be ported over from flash. Likely because getting the game functional asap was more important.
