TiTS Save Notation and Fun Runs

So how many of you make use of the note system to remind you what you are doing with a particular character, and how many of you do runs with specific challenges and goals?
Also, what are some challenge runs you've come up with?
Some examples of challenge runs are as follows;


True Steele: Sample one of every transformative, collect the harem, be the protagonist as Victor was.


Long: Read everything.

I guess my vanilla runs are challenge runs, cause I read everything the first time. Reading room descriptions can be laborious though *shakes fist at Myrellion*.


I never use notation cause it slows saving. I have a few split saves for choice paths and one sitting at Poe A, but I primarily use Save to File with those, so I just changed the file name.


I rarely TF my characters, if at all, so an eat more items run would be interesting, and one I may do in the future.
