99 lust in the middle of the Mhenga jungle after a fight, so I selected to masturbate rather than risk a trip to town, and was surprised to see the dildo option available despite not having any dildos on me. So I selected it out of curiosity, saw nothing in the list as I expected, clicked back, and BAM.
I do have a cat-pupper dildo back on my ship though.

Edit: Also just found out that the reload game button isn't working. So that's also an issue. I'll have to start the game all over again to load my last save.
