After attempting to follow a few guides around the internet to try and download unofficial apps, I finally found something that worked first try. This is exactly what I did to get TiTS onto my phone without jailbreaking.
First you will need cydia impactor which can be downloaded from this link: http://www.cydiaimpactor.com/

Download for the respective operating system your computer is running
Download it anywhere. Preferably the desktop.
Extract the files to a single folder. All files should be together and not separated.
Double click the Impactor.exe
Then this window should appear.
Before going on to click "Start". First download the ios link found on Fenoxo's own blog.
Then, With the Impactor.exe still running, and the TiTS ipa file either in your chrome download bar in the bottom of the screen, or wherever you downloaded it to. Click and drag the IPA file onto Impactor window like this.
It will ask for your Apple ID, This is normal, and enter whatever it is your id is. if your id is just an email that works just fine too. Then it will ask for a password. The password it asks for is not your regular apple id password. It is a special password you MUST generate every time you want to install something again using this same method.
Go to this link: https://appleid.apple.com
Type in your apple ID and your NORMAL password you would use any other day. Once you have logged in, you will find a section named "Security". It will contain things like: Change password, Trusted Phone numbers, Two-Factor Authentication. And it will also have something called App-Specific Passwords. Generate a password by typing in any kind of password you want. It can even be jibberish. This password WILL NOT BE SAVED ANYWHERE. So ctrl-c that password that it generates for you. Then just paste that password into the impactor dialogue box and wait for it to install your favorite furry space porn game.
There is one more step to being able to play the game. Once it's installed onto your device, go to settings, general, device management. tap the emails till you reach a screen with another big button that says "TRUST". Tap that, Then you're all done!
(Side note: You may have to redo this final process of password generating and letting the app trust your device in six months again. I don't know if it will delete saves, but the best way to stay safe is to not delete the app at any time during the re-activating process.)
Hopefully this was just as easy for you as it was for me. I know for some it may have been disheartening to know that they might have just missed being able to jailbreak their phone to be able to download this fantastic game to their device. The only other solutions being major haxxing and shady sites that want all your money. Jailbreaking is so finnicky now-adays anyways. Wish it could go back to like it was in 2010 or earlier.
