I was checking on how to back for tits and i wasn't quite sure how it worked, for people outside the U.S can you only pay with bitcoins or pay every month? i have no idea how to use bitcoins and i'm kinda too hard up to pay every month

You don't need to use bitcoins, you can just go to their patreon and put in 5 bucks per month to get backer access.

Damn, that's what i thought, i'm just not sure if it's worth every month, i'd love to donate for nothing because i love his work but i dont have the money to just give it away and i dont know if the content you get from backing is worth every month, sorry if i seem stingy i just need to be careful with my money.

You could wait for public builds or you could donate once every few months, its up to you though.
