Lane's hypnotism quest doesn't progress. No matter how many times you use their service, you only get the default dialogue, no trying to take advantage of you or mysterious credit disappearances.
EDIT: Upon examining save file data, Lane's hypnosis power does not decrease with each visit, so it never levels up, and the quest never progresses.
Sydian females aren't getting armor broken even when their armor hits 0.

Also, not Tarkus-related, but I keep losing the Energizing Libido/Snu-Snu Queen perk even though my Libido is above 40.
EDIT: The sexbot control terminal seems to have no effect on male/female spawn rates.
