When I click the download link for version 0.6.35 I get an .apk file instead of a .swf file like before, did the format change or was there a mistake?
TiTs 0.6.35 download might be broken/wrong.

Are you a backer? If not, you should only be able to download 6.33 anyways. 6.35 hasn't come out to us freeloaders, yet.
