It depends how much you want to focus on DPS or if you want to buff, Willpower, Cunning, Presence, drink the agility drink for initiative. You could also drop cunning for agility and drink Juice for crit. Weapons and armor you want to balance your spell power and sexiness and keep armor light for the sexiness bonus, so sanctified gladius/Ashelander and the Harp of Waves, the Tiran Nun Vestment and ouroboros pendant with everything else pumping sexiness except maybe 1 ring slot if you have the guildring. Abilities depends again, but Power Cadence for at will gives you, at 150 sexiness, 50 in all attack stats, combine that with the new Cryostatic arc recharge abillity and the triple resonance debuff for Song of Splendor encounter ability and you can 2 turn a lot of enemies in this game. Pure sexiness still drops some the biggest nukes, but with this build you have more breathing room for longer battles. You can use Song of Storms if you want to give 1 of your companions a huge damage boost of around 100+ storm damage. If you want chip damage, I would pick from between the more spammy abilities like Aria of Waves or Thundering Chord or pick Dischord for the stagger chance. You can change Song of Splendor for roaring storm for DOT and a flat 25 to accuracy and spellpower, then your at will abillity can used for something like storm stomp if you want to forgo buffing/healing your allies for more DPS. This probably isn't the best, but it's as effective as I can manage on my current charmer. Play around with the stat spread with your gear untill you hit a happy medium of sexiness and spellpower. Don't be afraid to incorporate other spells, white mage has some good storm damage but tend to be single target like celestial smite, but I chose cryostatic arc cause it can hit the whole field. Also I really like cryostatic arc.
