I have a question regarding the use of Throbb.
One of the new characters sylvie asks that I buy it from a mouse character in the bar (not implemented yet I suppose? ) to be able to go have fun with her.
After buying throbb from Penny, I haven't been able to use it on myself. it just says I should read up on it. I've already discussed throbb with penny but I don't know what else I need to do to use it on myself.
I read on the wiki that you can get throbb from Dr badger, but it says nothing about any constraints, and I already sent the Doctor to the tanty long ago.
Do I have to redo the whole game to be able to use it?
