Agnimitra received a balance change and a new set (going to make a separate thread for it), so I am going to try and list out what I feel about her.

Rebalanced set: Flamewing
Her old [At-Will] Flametongue has been swapped to a recharge ability with fire weapon buff and regeneration for 2 turns. Cauterize took its place as the new [At-Will], and is now a decent heal with bleed and frigid cleanse. Unfortunately she lost her partywide +15 evasion, replaced with a self sexiness and evasion buff for 2 turns. She still retains her War hymn and Solar cannon.

Her losing the Flametongue stance is more bitter than sweet in my opinion. Being a stance, Flametongue had great turn economy in terms of weapon buff. It also does not help that her encounter is War Hymn, which you really want to pop first turn for the best efficiency.
However, i must also note that her weapon buff has non-zero chance of going for the non-dps character (such as my PC). The 2-turn regeneration on the new Flametongue is also very nice for the survivability of dps-characters.

Cauterize being [At-Will] is very nice. her old version was a bit overkill in terms of healing, and bleed cleanse was only effective if the target is healed from other sources.
It is also notable that her heal is no longer tied to her weapon buff. Therefore, she does not have to repeatedly re-stance herself multiple times in a fight. I am not sure if the 5 fire damage crit mechanic is super important; I think the mechanic is more or less cosmetic.

As for the change to Heat Mirage, losing the partywide +15 evasion is a straight nerf. Steroids on her sexiness is good, but there would not be many opportunities for her to perform a tease in most situations. If anything, higher survivability of a healer is always a comfort. Would have appreciated if she had +30 or +35 evasion to compensate.

Overall, I would say Agnimitra sacrificed turn economy for buff accuracy and higher allied survivability. She will open more space for allies to specialize in tanking/dps. While this rebalance feels a bit less impactful because of how I play (tank/paladin), I think the rebalance is just that; a rebalance. Power is properly relocated.
