Three. In increasing order of thiccness, give her lots of Bovum Sherry (SC), encourage her to go half-Leo or blow a ton (and I do mean a ton) of minos with her in Khor'minos. There is a potential (but currently unwritten) alternate route to the last form of enthiccening involving cowgirls and milk.

More seriously even though I know the comment was a joke, Savin 'subtly' implied that it could become addictive under the right circumstances. Though as with my Thief, I'm not sure it would make much difference to Cait one way or the other.
Everything is addicting if the champ is X brained enough(foxes for mine).
