There might be a bugged interaction between Nuki Nuts and Nuts Half Full perks (from demon tf)

Two things first: I'm playing in public version 0.4.18 AND my save is edited, so take this with a grain of salt.

Currently, if you manage to acquire both perks you will automatically be over 100% capacity and it will be PERMANENT, unless you remove one of the perks.

Would anyone with a clean save care to test this? Unfortunately my save can't be trusted.

I have an editted file with both perks and I cannot exceed 100% capacity even though my refractory rate is higher. Still operates normally for me.
