You don't have to be a red Myr to still have the venom and the game doesn't refer to you as a red Myr just because you have it either. In those before mentioned scenes or otherwise. The venom is referred to as red Myr venom though, similar to having Vanae milk on a Ausar. Of those scenes I suspect most of them require the perk, I'd also add Shekka since she can get lightly addicted to the venom over the course of several sex scenes.

So i need the perk and tag together.... hmmm i'm going to have to think on that, i don't like to use the editor to 'cheat', just to TF myself with perfect precision. The perk is definitely a cheat, though i guess i could just not use it... hmmmmmmmmmmmm.

Something to consider: the perk guarantees you always have Myr venom regardless of what you do to your tongue. You might lose the venom for a few moments but it will return, so it's possible to load up on the perk first then TF your tongue into something else and still retain the venom.

Shekka is recommended Crew staple anyway since that passive repair for your ship is just too good to pass up now that actual ship-to-ship combat is in the game. <3

Lez is in the cards. Bianca doesn't care for strap-ons and other phallic toys. She'd much rather have the real thing throbbing and spurting inside. She's picky because she's had at least 20 years of great, knotty sex. Depending on things, time, and so forth, the PC could probably get some options to convince her, show her some new things. That is half the draw of beginning a proper relationship with her - what can she learn from you?
