Ive been thinking about this for awhile but is it actually possible to get all The Treatment perks?

If so how do you do it

Also how can i use The Treatment multiple times?

1. No, not unless you save edit.

2. And no, you take the treatment once? You can't take it again, you're stuck with what the RNG gives you, again, unless you save edit.

I mean, you get all of the ones for a certain variant. I usually do Female Treatment and save edit in the Cum-Cow ones.

Speaking of save editing, you can also save edit and let yourself take more treatments, if you want to for some reason.

SOme of other tf items allow to get perks that works really similar/the same as Treatment ones so aside save editing that was meantioned (and one fast and certainw ay to get them all) you can look over wiki for tf items that grants treatment perks and see which one version of Treatment have all those missing ones after you get all possible from non-treatment items. (I'm 92% sure there are items that giving at least some of treatment perks)

Nah, they're RNG as well. You can have a Cum Cow without the perk to restore intelligence, happened to me as I tried to toy with it on release.

There are 4 variants, bimbo, brute, cumcow and cowmazon. bimbo and brute have respective speach perks that are mutually exclusive, which makes it impossible to have all treatment perks on principle. Each variant has their own perks, which can only be acquired by taking that version of the treatment. Theres also the fact that you don't want some of the perks, most of the bimbo/cumcow perks are purely detremental. Generally, pick between the brute or amazon variants, and go with it. Save-edit in the others if you absolutely cannot exist without them.

I get the Cum-Cow ones like 80% of the time.

This time my Steele is Cow-Amazon(got some bimbo perks in there too)

80% of times you getting Cum-Cow? Ohh RNG gods seems to like giving you this one female variant of treatment. And I think all variants have some bimbo/bute perks in it anyway. Main one perks should be gotten with any varaint (and most fo them are as meantioned not so beneficial for PC but that immersion of fetish make it mandatory).
