If you mean what I think you mean, then I don’t think your choices will actually change anything on the planet. The choices do seem to affect the quest you take on to save your cousin, though how it changes I’m not sure.

Your choices at the part can change your reputation with each of the companies attending the party and give you a different item at the party’s conclusion. It will also change what boss you fight in the Dhaal dungeon
