The most tainted item is.... Goblinola

When I was testing out the new taint mechanic I found out that dumbfuck, one of the most dangerous substance in the game only gave about 1 taint per sneeze even though the game states the it gives massive ammounts of taint. Goblinola give about 3 taint per trigger which generally spikes your taint by 15-20 per one 7hr period with goblinola. Ruskvel also has some similar issues in that it generates massive amounts of taint.

Save scumming is where it'll save you, actually. Taint disappears after a while if you're not 100%.

Goblinola should only increase taint by 1 per change (if the change is a dud, it shouldn't raise taint). Ruskvel is unchanged since it raises taint like Nyrean candy. Dumbfuck will have a dynamic multiplier based on the character's current taint (each sneeze may induce up to 3 times more taint the less taint the character has--falloff starts at about 50% taint).
