Preamble:
Okay, so I don't play TiTS all the time, or the most recent builds recently, and I'm not the most prolific writer, but I'm a fan of Fenoxo's projects and I had this idea a while back, my hand slipped, and suddenly there were words. But then I did some research and realized I was treading on an already developing idea and stopped. Buuuuttttt~ the idea lingered, and I thought I might as well throw it out here.

The Codex Entry:
The Full Utilization of Consciousness Controller Station (FUCCS)

Utilizing a certain patented, non-sentient, bio-slime interlaced with a plethora of nanomachines, operating on a maglev/hardlight platform, the FUCC system wholly envelops the user in a bio-suit that--in conjunction with the advanced platform--can physically simulate nearly any environment and interaction safely for most humanoids with an amazing degree of fidelity, all in a compact space.

The FUCC was originally designed as a technology to operate advanced remote proxies known as Bio-Imitating Temporary Consciousness Husks (or BITCH Suits) in unknown and/or extreme environments without the many and dangerous risks of visiting new worlds, or the necessity of invasive body modifications for sensory input/outputs. The tech was unfortunately outmoded by advancements in nanites before it could penetrate the market and see wide-spread use.

In an attempt to salvage the product, later models included the ability to interface directly with the user’s nanites for even greater control and ‘sensitivity’. It was later discovered that this could cause the nanites react to stimuli as if they were real, triggering various 'side-effects'.

While manufacture of the Bio-Imitating Temporary Consciousness Husks has dwindled to niche production, and further inflated costs, the FUCC station itself has found a growing popularity on the extranet among well to do hobbyists as a method of simulated ‘interaction’ in virtual environments.

The Idea:
The base idea is that it's a means of simulated interaction that can have powerful physical and psychological ramifications for the player and allow for distanced relations with location bound NPCs.

For example:
‘Dang that Sera is hot stuff but gosh golly if she isn’t busy being a strong independent business owner and you’ve got satellites to smear your cooties on for the sake of high stakes sci-fi dibs! If only there was a virtual way to have a jolly good time without having to fly all the way back to Tavros Station! In a simulated demonic realm of her own imagination where she was as a God--no, an All Powerful and Merciless Devil, and could manipulate your form and very perceptions of reality! Golly! That’d sure just be swell!’

The Ambition:
 • Introduce the machine
 • Introduce the Body Operator Interface (the FUCC BOI if you will)
 • Create a little quest to bring the machine to full operation
 • AI BOI shenanigans
 • Encounters/events
 • NPC inclusion stage
 • ????
 • ??????
 • Then, COMING THIS 20XX, IN A WORLD WHERE SEX IS LIFE, AND ABSTINENCE IS BORING, TO FIND THE LOST PROBE COORDINATES, ONE BRAVE, WOULD-BE HEIR TO THE VAST FORTUNE OF THE STEELE ESTATE MUST GO WHERE NO ONE SHOULD EVER GO. [PC.NAME] STEELE STARS IN: EXTRANET RISING: THE PANDORA GAMES. HOPE MAY NOT BE ENOUGH TO SAVE YOU. (A working title, just wanted that E.R.P.G. acronym)

In conclusion:
Please be gentle.

can you give another example without the jollys and gollys and an example of the real life mental/physical changes?

The exact method of execution is still up in the air for me. As Steele engages in activities that alter their body image while using the FUCC, should their nanites react to accommodate this? Using Sera as an example again, suppose Steele's perception is augmented so that their male genitals feel smaller, and as a consequence of this their nanites react and they really do shrink? I guess essentially it's techno-babble to create a setting where anything could happen, but as things already do in game. (ie. this scenario results in these outcomes)

Which I suppose carries to the psychological consequences. for which I was thinking one could pull off existing values in the game to be adjusted accordingly, and leading to the acquisition of certain traits.

And I'm not offering to create all the possible outcomes of this device, that's far more than I could handle, rather, I think such a device would serve TiTS well and was thinking of making it as a foundation for others to manifest upon. I'd intend to make the FUCC BOI as a proof of concept for others to elaborate upon, though again I'm not the most prodigious writer.

Sounds pretty nice imo. But, I'm wondering how this could mess with Steele's perception of what's real and what's not real. That does fall into the psychological consequences as mentioned above, but this should probably be an important thing to think about when writing.
