So I FINALLY got through this game and now im at the throne room waiting to kill the bitch herself. I cant iit wont let me because the door is locked. Apparently the ending is already done but I cant play it for some reason wtf is going on.

So if we've basically pwned the Stronghold already we can still go in and fight/beat her?

Well you can say you basicaly pwned Stronghold aside her throne room. Or I think when she will be added there will be one or more additional enemies added to said "already cleared" Stronghold (somehow I was lazy to check that gdoc about ending that was floating).
