The Demon of Ice question?

So I'm in a pickle, basically I'm doing the "The Demon of Ice" quest, Well I have done it, to be more precise, and now that new updates are getting pushed through, I honestly don't know where do I go after this.

I put an attachment to tell where I technically am in the quest, but either than that, don't know. Any help would be appreciated!

Progress the storyline to where you go to khorminos proper, do a few of calise's quests, then tell her you're ready to go to dracia. Circle back to the winter city and look around the elevator to the rift to find your boat.
