So I remember sparing the corrupted elves from demon of ice, but when I check out the wayforr, they aren't mentioned alongside Allisa and the dragon knight.
The Corrupted elves I spared aren't in the Wayfort.

Maybe they went to Winter City with the other elves. They probably aren't demonic or shapeshifters enough to escape normal cells? Your dungeon is small for holding a lot of people and its probably used for Alissa and the Dragon Knight because they are magical or demons and could escape a normal cell too easily and yours are magically-warded.

Yeah, checked my dungeon just now and didn't see any mention of any elves either, just Alissa and demonic dragoon. I can see them not being expanded on, but I don't see any mention of them being there in the description. I wouldn't have even suspected I had any one else in there.
The Amalgam trio and the elves from the Demon of Ice questline are entirely separate.
