Is there anywhere that has the game text dumped out? I'd like to have easier access back to scenes without having a million save files. Is that something that is out there or is there a way to do it? I've tried to decompile/extract the swf but havent had much luck finding anything outside of the images.

Not really. If you can read the code, the TiTS public GitHub (mainly /includes) contains all scenes implemented up to v0.8.065, so it's well over two and a half years out of date but still has the majority of TiTS's content.
