would it be possible to make the tentatool pill* also turn your facial hair in to tentacles?

Does facial hair even account for actual hair and/or skin type? Cuz otherwise I think it's just a thing with states of growth. Would need a reworking of how it works, probably, to implement your idea. Someone please confirm or deny?

to be honest the only reason i ask is because i think it would be funny to have my steele look like cthulhu
