Boosted Charges - Enhances your gravidic and thermal charges’ damage, and also provides secondary effects. Gravidic charge leaves a lingering field that reduces all kinetic damage dealt for three rounds.

Is this talking about my kinetic damage? Theirs? Or both ways?

Both ways,
This is advantageous if you use say, any energy weapon, and are fighting one of the two juggernauts in the game.

Alrighty, that was what I was worried about, worth it though as it'll provide a branch of tactics. I'll just have to be wary when I wield kinetic pierce melee elements for whatever reason. Thankies!

I don't know how much it lowers exactly, but it's not really noticeable since I use Energy Weapons, even on my melee.

Edit: Not noticeable for my own attacks, the enemies mostly use Kinetic, and it lowers a good bit.

Oh, cool I just assumed it worked both ways. Score 1 for accidently synergizing equipment and perks without paying attention.

It does work both ways, but if we assume it has say, a 33% reduction, that turns the enemy's 30+ Kinetic into a 20~ Kinetic, whilst the Vamp Blade does 8(?) Kinetic and 14(?) Electric and this would only lose 1-2 points of damage.

Now, this is all assumption, if it's much lower, like 10-15%, the enemy only drops from 30+ to just under 30, but the Vamp Blade doesn't drop a single point.

Its 50% damage reduction. It was meant to be 80%, but it was lowered because it would be too op.
