Tease Build?

I'm wanting to try out different things than I normally do (which is the standard beat up enemies with a big pointy thing.) With that in mind, I was wondering just how viable are tease builds while playing. What stats do I need to focus on when leveling up and do I choose sexiness or temptation, what items are the best, and what spells should I use.

It's extremely viable against certain enemies (and with one you can almost sleepwalk through a few dungeons) but it's almost useless against some trash mobs like the wolves in the Old Forest and, more importantly, Sigrune. So you'll want either a backup skillset or to play dedicated support to companions in those fights. Charmers are basically made for this kind of build and their natural focus on Presence meshes really well with both companions and summons.

The basic tricks are to wear light armor (to get the benefit of the Stylish perk) and to go with as much in the way of exposed bits as you can to maximize the effect of sexy underwear, whether that's using armor with the 'Exposed-X' tag or not wearing outer clothing to begin with. Personally I've found that dedicating a few points to Spellpower and learning Soul Arrow via training is a very handy way to contribute to the Sigrune battle and works really well against other foes as well. Beyond that it's kind of up to what sort of secondary build you want. You can add more tease attacks like Allure, you can add the various Song skills for support or (if you go with the Soul Arrow idea) even some offensive magic if you want to do some direct damage for a change. And like I said, Charmers work really well with summons whether it's your own or Ryn/Berry's.

Does this means avoiding hats, as there is no attire for the head slot with the "light" tag? Also, why aren't the boots or the gloves from the witch set not light? Those are the most "charmer" clothes I can think of

Uhhh, ask a dev for the specific gear; could be an oversight or there could be some mechanics reason, I'm also not sure on the exact mechanics of 'wear armor with X tag' and whether stuff that's not capital-a Armor counts against it if it lacks the tag.

...and now that I'm looking, while I could swear that I saw a mechanics explanation for the 'Exposed' tag in one of the documents, I'm having trouble finding where it was now, since I was trying to locate it in hopes it would clarify the mechanics of stuff like the Stylish perk.

In the same vein as this is high libido a good or bad thing? In what situations or powers should you have one or the other?

This thread is really good in going into how to use Charmers/Tease builds.

I use some of the advice here for mine (Sir Gooch's comment especially, with some adjustments, for instance I don't wanna go Kitsune to get the Fox Jewel the easy way), and has been really solid as a result. I suggest avoiding the Hornet Ring unless you can deal with its curse though, as Splendor Song can nab you a lot of crits on use at times. Personally I replace it instead with a Lucky Strike along with the Temptation Ring.

Higher Libido ranges increase Sexiness but decrease Mental Resistance, increasing the tease damage you can do while rendering you more vulnerable to Resolve-based damage. As such, higher Libidos are better for dealing tease damage but lower Libidos are better for tanking tease damage. Having a higher Libido will also reduce the time it takes for you to get the Blue Balls debuff (which makes you even more vulnerable to Resolve-based damage) after your most recent orgasm, though that can be mitigated by having sex frequently.
