Tease Attacks: Isn't this a little silly?

I remember back when I first started playing this game, you were able to use tease attacks at any point in time. Which I can understand made them a little OP. But it seems like at some point the system was altered and it became impossible to tease while blind? I guess it isn't that big of a deal, since all characters should have backup weapons as well.

But from a logical perspective, isn't it a little silly that you can guess an invisible foe's position well enough to hit on a melee or ranged attack, but guessing well enough to put on some sexy poses is a flat no? It seems like it should just just be a reduced effectiveness or hit chance, as it is with the other attacks - right?

Also, in the interest of starting an actual conversation: What's your favorite tease attack? Mine is the Kathrait chest tease where you put on a strip show, but hide your nipples with your tails. Perfectly sexy, but also adorable.

Well it makes sense why you can't tease blinded enemies, a bit difficult to arouse someone when they can't see whats arousing them. As for no teasing when you are blind, I just put it down to it being clumsy/that little bit off when you try that causing it to have no effect since you aren't naturally blind. Why we can hit invisible foes my guess is that we use our other senses and intelligence to work out where they most likely are.

As for favorite tease attack I don't really have one since I am 90% sure I never have compatible body parts. Unless you count Vanea milk and Siren dick slaps, but in both cases that's using aphrodisiacs so not really teasing.

Ah I think he was talking about how you can't use a tease attack while your Steele is blind. At least I can't either. I can see why a tease attack while your blind wouldn't work but it should work sometimes.

Yeah, I was talking about when you, the player, are blind - or when the enemy is otherwise invisible. For example, when the Vanae use camouflage - you can sense their position well enough to aim at (and usually hit) them with your gun. But sensing their position well enough to act a little seductive in their general direction - that's not even worth trying. The fact that you used to be able to do it means it was probably a balance issue. But I get the vibe it might have gone too far on the other direction.

Hmm. I wonder whether that would be the best comparison. Maybe it's a little too pedantic, but all those are all situations that ignore logic in favor of *increasing* the game's sexual content, right? Not decreasing it.

You have to pick where the line is for you. I'm of the camp as long as my suspension of disbelief doesn't break in half, I'm willing to entertain some silly stuff.

Getting cum splattered, pussy drenched or covered in mare musk should draw my eyebrows from the various NPCs beside Dyrad showing up more. I consider TiTS to be a few doors down from reality, so while the physics of the universe may be the same, the biological drives are twisted up to the max.

With this it's a balance issue but just thinking about it if you're dead blind you'd be a bit too panicky to be all that seductive and wouldn't even be able to aim it at your opponent. Combat stripping is already silly but ~sexy~ poses tend to look especially goofy from other angles.
