Has tarkus been implemented into the js port?

Yes. Public can go to Myrellion/Uveto. Backers can go to Zheng Shi. Why wouldn't Tarkus be in?

Note: May or may not have a random crash bug in the current version.

I thought so, in the square where the satires are, there’s no option to go down

In your defense, if you read the description, there aren't actually stairs there. Just a winding ramp. And "Starewell", which is specifically called out as a misspelling.
