Tamani corp logo on start, and missing cheats?

I've noticed 2 things: 1) I am getting the Tamani Corp logo when I start up (most recent public build), and 2) I don't seem to be able to activate the cheat menu any more. Is the cheat only available in backer?

1. I'm 90% certain it's a seasonal/holiday thing.
2. Did you load a save first? Does the save have Cheats active already?

Yes, I had already loaded a save. Cheats should be active, but the cheat menu is not displayed.

Can you open the Console (F12)? Type in

flags.CHEATS_ENABLED

What value does it show? It should either be 1 or 'undefined'.
Or you could Save to File and check the JSON.

It's enabled:

flags.CHEATS_ENABLED
1

And now it is showing up. It wasn't before, even after loading, etc.
(I hate Heisenbugs like this....)

This was a weird one. Worked fine in Firefox but not chrome. Seems to be the graphic isn't letting a player click through to the button. Solution seems simple, just draw the button on top of the graphic.

Should be fixed next.
