So I went through the Syri recruitment, awkward sister boner, gene modification, shopping trip, and the threesome in the bed. Is there anything else left in this questline? Is the threesome repeatable?

That's the last event, so far as I know. It's repeatable by talking to Syi and choosing 'Get Anno'.
