One thing I really would love to have implemented into the game is a survival element. There is a CoC mod that does this wonderfully. If we could have hunger as an optional element of game play I think it would add a lot to the experience. Something along the lines of a hunger bar which is slowly depleted, and your character must eat to maintain stats.

A survival mode for TiTS seems unlikely, since Fen&co are currently focusing on other stuff, and they have a submission backlog longer than the wait time for a new season of Sherlock.
And I'm pretty sure making mods for TiTS is a big no-no for now, so... it's probably not something you'll get to enjoy any time soon. But then, I'm not in the devs' head, so who knows.
Personnally, I don't mind, since I don't usually enjoy playing games in hard mode, but I sympathise.

Survival modes suck. They are just time saps on a game, forcing you yo take time away from the plot and role play to juggle numbers and fill up inventory slots with food and drink.
