Surprise Elf?

Like the title says. Does anyone know who this surprise elf is? I don't feel like it was about Ryn since the blog already mentioned some stuff related to her, so it wouldn't make sense to refer it as a surprise when it already pointed it out.

Looking through the image files, the only one I can think of would be the Dragon Knight - one version of her is some unnamed NPC, but the alternate is a named elf NPC we've already encountered - Gytha. Given that the patch notes explicitly state the confrontation with her is "before leaving for Dracia", I assume if you don't confront her before DraciaQuest, she appears in that quest as the Dragon Knight; otherwise, you face a more generic Dragon Knight instead.
