Hmmm, the closest thing that I can think of is any pair of Hardlight-compatible panties tbh. They basically allow you to have a holographic strap-on at the push of a button. What makes this strap-on unique, though, is that it gives you physiological "feedback" (i.e. it is a sensory experience).

From the in-universe perspective, everything the player might need to get a summonable dick is there. The hardlight tech has at least one instance of being describe as capable of simulating liquids, which is an incredibly cool concept at its core, on top of all the sexy possibilities. Then, more relevant to Lorelei's case, there is the fact that Gray Goo Armor exists and can already turn parts of herself into whole bushels of dicks at will. All you will need for a perfect simulation is some sort of upgrade that will allow the PC to share the suit's sensory input, which can lead to a whole mini expansion worth of sexy interactions with her.

So depending on how much coding groundwork will need to be done, I'd say that the chances of something close to what OP seeks eventually existing in the game aren't all that small.
