Some more veteran players will recall how in the past the 'Veteran' perk was the worst among all the initial classes until they changed it for something beneficial that even helped to rol your game more, having a different effect if you wanted to be more defensive or offensive. So come up with some passive perks if the developers like them although I assume they already have their own ideas for the next levels.

Dark Mage Class: (In case you like the idea of role-playing as a dark knight or magical warrior without being a paladin)
Master of Enchantment: When you wear heavy armor or use a shield your magical and elemental resistances increase by 30% and you gain +25 attack power.
While neither wearing heavy armor nor using a shield you gain 15% spell power and the health of your summons increases depending on your current level.
(The magic is OP so I only put 15%)

Warrior Class: (I know that the creators don't like the idea of using dual Wield with heavy weapons but maybe giving it certain disadvantages would not be so opportune)
Steel Expert: You can equip weapons in your second hand even if they are not light at the cost of -50% armor and half the initiative if said weapon is of the heavy category
If you do not use dual wield your physical resistance increases by 10% or 20% if you use a shield.

White Wizard:
Consecrated acolyte: When you wear heavy armor or use a shield you are immune to Aroused and Terrified more 50% mental resistance and ignore heavy equipment initiative penalty (or halved initiative if people don't he likes the first option)
While neither wearing heavy armor nor using a shield and you gain 50% resistance against Blight and Holy and the health of your summons increases depending on your current level. ( admit I'm out of ideas at this part.)I
Moral Preference (or second option according to the level of corruption, you can be immune to some resistances depending on your level of corruption, for example 100 corruption gives you 100% resistance to Blight and 0 points maybe sacred or other things)
