Submitting to Jumper crashed the game

I'm guessing this could be a Galotian thing, it usually is for my bugs lol. Had one cock, but clicking "remove one" made it think I had two. Clicking remove all worked, but then I had a similar problem where balls were weird.

Didn't think anything of it, went to go get 'captured' by Overseer Maike, had sex on the way there and with Maike successfully. But when I chose to Submit to a Jumper afterwards it hit me with this:
