No, not a Chronicles of Narnia rip-off, someone else get on that idea.

Some clothing and armour items I thought about and ended up writing down. 38 pieces, 32 if you take out the trash. Mostly real-world stuff, kinda weeb.

Here's an overview, here are comments by vendors (Kirila, Aurora and Aliss) and text for stuff you find on the ground, and finally, basic code (just the item, nothing more) for armour, clothing, upper undergarment and lower undergarment.
Coding does not include: Onion Armor, Pigeon Grenade, Teapot and the Edgelord. They really should not be in the game anyway. Well, maybe a heavily nerfed Onion Armor.

Any kind of proofreading is very much welcome.

Am I missing anything?

WEEB!! WEEEEEB!!! WEEEEEEEEB!!!!
But nah son, these are pretty cool, samurai armour is too op though, unless you wanna up the price and make it more futuristic, or give it some major penalties regarding energy damage and so on.
Also, if you haven't already, you'll wanna get permission from the vendors authors.

But, overall, you spell armour the right way so it's all good in my books.

Been following this since it first appeared in the Ideas sub forum but I didn't read the Goog Doc till recently and I've got a few comments on it.

First of all the Raider Armor, is that supposed to be like the armor worn by a lot of characters in the Mad Max series, and/or the armor worn by the raiders in the Fallout series? Also this seems like it would be perfect for the yet the be implemented alt starter planet which will have a post apocalyptic feel to it similar to Mad Max, and Fallout. I believe it's called Phaedra III or something.

Also while looking through the various Japanese style outfits I thought of a great idea for who could sell them. I was thinking that you could create a new npc vendor to sell it, either a human, Kitsune, or alien that is obsessed with the country of Japan. So basically a Weeb (I had to look up what that word meant because I had no Idea what you guys were talking about, thanks Urban Dictionary!).

A weaboo/weeb is not someone obsessed with Japan, but a "Imma natuto fan and SAO is the bestest gimme pocky reader-chan desu ne" type of person. I could see things taking a twisted Liriel route and having a vendor who does think that Old Japan was like that (perhaps changing his/her mind after a trip to Terra, which could lead to an xpac which involves Neo-Tokyo goodies and ultraporn).

Exactly. I could wait until the release of Phaedra II? III? Not sure. But I doubt that's too high on the priority list, so it might be quite a while still.

I had that thought, to write some weeb kitsune with an enormous katana collection. It would certainly help quite a bit. But I'm not sure if I'd have the persistence to write an actual character, that's a couple thousand words more than just coming up with items. Plus, I'm not great at doing erotic scenes, the only stuff I've ever done is girl on girl writing, and I wouldn't want to limit the player that much, so that vendor would probably end up without any sexy scenes at all.

And a "weeb" is a foreigner who thinks Japanese culture is superior and tries to act as stereotypically Japanese as possible, mostly failing greatly. Though it's often used for the obnoxious kind of anime fan.

We can definitely need more tentacles. Pretty sure that vomiting and stuffing life squids in each other's assholes is against the rules though.

Yeah, I probably shouldn't have used a term that I know very little about but whatevs.

Would there be any chance you'll add the Sailor Fuku that was listed in the TiTS github sometime in the future?

I'm not terribly familiar with the github layout, do you have a link to that thing in particular? I haven't made any sailor uniforms, so no clue what's the state on it. Do you mean the schoolgirl costume/outfit? One you get from Sera's party, the other you can buy from Inessa. Don't think either of those are serafuku though.

It's in Xanthe's TiTS github page, go to TiTS github, type seifuku in search bar and it should appear on Xanthe's clothing section.

and scroll down to clothing items and then to Seifuku and that's it.

That's quite a list of unused items she has, even including kimonos and yukatas. Judging by the comment above them, they're taken from Bess'/Ben's clothing and just dumped there without alteration. Probably long-forgotten by now, it's been a while, so I'd guess it'd be better to just redo them.

That is a good idea, yes. Maybe if chapter one gets implemented you could make a redo for chapter two?

Sure. I'll see how this is received by Fen and co. and then think about what else could get into the game, including a serafuku. Though if you like, go on ahead and make one yourself, nothing stopping you.

Well then, the last patch (0.7.88) gave some, uhm, "interesting" results when it comes to armour and clothing balance.
I'll probably need to redo the stats on all of these, but I have no clue how to now. Nor do I know which design document Fen is referring to. I can take a guess which one he means when it comes to weapons, but armour? Guess I'll just let it stand and refrain from doing anything right now until the dust settles and everything is patched out. Or not do anything at all and just let Fen & co. deal with it.
