Is it a random chance for Sera to ask to sleep with you or does it occur after a certain time frame after she completes becoming a sub?

I believe her obedience has to be maxed and you can't have anyone else sleeping with you.
That is what I was wondering. Currently I have both Anno and Shekka sleeping with me. I didn't want to lose that without knowing I would gain Sera.
Wait how do you have both? Since when could you sleep with more than one person at a time? Is Shekka special or something, and she can still sleep with you even if you already have someone else sleeping with you?
There is a special event where Shekka walks into your bedroom jealous that Anno is sleeping with you. Anno then invites her to join in and share the bed. Shekka is reluctant at first but Anno talks her into it. At least that is how I recall it happening. I don't know how common the event is or if there is a specific trigger.
So you can't initiate it, it is random. In fact if you talk to Anno or Shekka, the "Sleep with" button is available, instead of the "stop sleeping with". I guess so you can go back to just one of them if you want. The only effect I think is that sleep scenes for either can occur. I don't know if there is a special one for having both. If so I haven't seen it. Unless it is the sex toy contest.

I looked at the code and it appears the trigger is simply having both Shekka and Anno as crew. I also found that once it occurs you can choose to do it by clicking on Shekka's "sleep with" button, which then gives the option of adding Anno as well. So I guess I will be kicking them out of bed for now so Sera will hopefully want to sleep with my PC.
