Today I found out that i chose to abandon Kiro on the blade quest a choice i have forgotten and very much hate my self for doing. What have you done that you later regret doing.

Why would I regret doing anything with magical ability to redo everything right?
To make those choices feel real. When I'm not just using TiTS as porn library with illustrations or hunt for bugs/typos and instead play TiTS as a proper RPG, cutting down on the save scumming of choices makes the experience feel proper.
Well, I'm not savescumming choices withing a playthrough.
There are choices which I'm never taking, though. But generally, TiTS is not about having real, meaningful choices. Mostly the only real choice is "stay clear."
You shouldn't. Almost all of them are exceedingly well balanced - equally useless.
No. I´m pretty sure that some are more useless than others.
Melee techs f. ex. Luckily I wasn´t THAT stupid.
However I still regret not going for thermal disruptor. It would´ve been great with the salamander longcoat and burning weapon theme I later created for my character.
I´ll probably restart the character. But it feels bad man.
And I never use TiTSEd, the only cheating I ever do is save scumming for perfect appearance.
Water Princesses are much more cute and valuable than a bow.

Bow will get replaced by better weapon anyway and Water Princesses...they only unique children for now in Nursery. Someday their will be more children like them to fill Nursery too
Well, quickly checking the results of a choice you know you aren't gonna make normally is a valid option. Personally, I try to come up with ideas for a character who can naturally choose those options, because it's more fun that way.
And in the grim, smutty darkness of the TiTS corporate dystopia, 'staying clear' more often than not means being a cynical asshole. Also, less loot.

It's not that useless. Melee tech build is currently viable with Slut Ray gun as the primary weapon since it gets no benefits from perks (aside from slight boost from Gun Tweaks).
Why would someone regret that? Bow is good, and Water Queens are not.
You rarely can do things better; that's the problem. Penny, Delilah, Emmy and some other - the best thing you can do is to leave them alone.
You have no heart, my friend. The adorable crab-drider girls will stay with you and represent an honest to G-d good did.
On the other hand, Royal Shard Bow is less raw Lust damage than a Goovolver and AFAIK you the Lust part isn't effected by crits, so the crit-modifier is useless.
You can be a good friend and an honest lover to both Penny and Emmy. You can also help Penny live out her futa fantasy in a safe manner (she doesn't sart to go lust-crazy until the second throbb), and help Emmy have a cheesy romance she wants. Just because you can screw their lives and drive them into sluttery doesn't mean that you have to in order to interact with them.
I'll give you Del, a chance to bust him out is among the content I anticipate the most. And even then, you can help him sneak in a male orgasm since recently.
To bring this back on topic: exploring all the options available on Mhen'ga during my first playthrough.
I'm pretty sure it racks up her libido a degree just like when you give her the Throbb anyways, but it at least keeps her away from the risk of becoming a cum guzzling slut that can't do her job most of the time through abusing the drug. I almost kinda consider the synthsheath the 'safe' option to Throbb.

Yes, but not full crazy. She is arguably still somewhat impaired by her new libido, but there are races in TiTS that have an even more active one on average and still manage to function.
So if I gave her 1 dose of Throbb an the SynthSheath does that count as 2 doses of throbb?
Using SynthSheath results in the same level of libido regardless of how much throbb Penny had taken before.

Still, since now Virection is a thing, there should be an option to give it to Penny. And Emmy... Still, don't like where she goes. Yep, Dell tailcunt scene is pretty nice.
SS overrides effects of Throbb. As Penny says, "it is almost as bad as I've expected Throbb to be".
No sooner than you lose some of those edgelord qualities, lest the balance will be upset.
