Stuck with Bhakar (current public version, chrome)

Walking into this intersection locked the game, I have no choice but to load a previous save.

Same issue as above. When attempting to revert to the previous tile before Bhakar, the following error message is received. Tested this before and after meeting Sylvie on Canadia Station. Same message generated.
