Stuck loading

Don't know if this is a bug but I've been stuck loading the game for at least 2 hours I don't know if it's something with the game, what I'm using to play it. ChromeBook. If anyone can help please do this game is too much fun to give up.

Did you try to rotate the view from your phone to vertical or horizontal? Only do it when it get stuck (it ususally fix it when it happens to me in my phone)
