Stuck at level 8?

Been sitting at 150,000/150,000 EXP forever now, and no matter how much I sleep, I don't level up. Just wondering if I'm doing something wrong

There's been a level ten ability in the game, acquirable through Mirror Stance, for over three years now. Get used to it because it's gonna be an even longer time until that becomes available.
