I generally start my characters off as humans and then decide to mod them based on what I currently feel like playing. I've used a bunch of DracoGuards to turn my originally female PC into a herm Gryvain. Despite their cock having the flags "Tapered, Knotted, Ribbed, Scaled, Blue, Gryvain" and vagina having the flags "Nubby, Blue, Gryvain," neither of them are counted towards the Gryvain score under debugging, so my character is stuck as a half-Gryvain instead of full-Gryvain.
Stuck as half-Gryvain.

The genital checks were also checking for if the hair color and nipple color matched the scale color. Since they were pretty redundant and unnecessary checks, I excluded them. Your character should now be considered full gryvain with the current genitals.
