Strongest armor and weapons

Sooo a friend of mine challenged me to speed run the game but im kinda having troubels with the bosses so i searched a thread about the strongest armor and weapon but the threads i found were 2 years old

Could someone help me ill send everybody a virtual bottle of mountain dew

Not like there's much to speedrun, or that it's entirely possible to really play the game in such a manner. You pretty much NEED to level up to beat the game and to do that you need to grind.

Also strongest kit depends rather highly on what your class is and where you are in the game.

Not much point of a speed run at this point in the game since there's only 3 discoverable probes, and the story isn't close to finished yet. Lol

Also i think there are some topics floating around that are actually pretty current on what each class can use optimally. I think most notably Zevos's boss guide does a good job of explaining what gear is optimal for the game's tough bosses.
