So this isn't quite a crash report, but I've noticed on multiple playthroughs that the strange metal collar bought from Shekka doesn't turn into the black omnisuit when equipped. I've tried equipping it multiple times with different tests such as unequipping all undergarments, but the tf scene for the omnisuit wont proc or get added to the inventory. In fact the only way so far I've been able to get the omnisuit is to add it to the inventory throught the cheat menu. Unless the way to get the omnisuit was changed I figured this is a bug that doesn't result in a crash so it has gone unnoticed.
