Strange metal collar missing text and actions

Game Version: 0.69.420 -BACKER#1190
Equiping or unequiping the Omnisuit's metal storage collar doesnt play the messages that would normally follow the actions, aditionally it doesnt displace your other clothing like it is suposed to. It also doesnt seem to provide any stats.

You did? Ah sorry, I did a quick search to see if anyone had reported this but didnt find anything, next time I will look a bit harder.

Same issue. Collar appears to be just a collar, with no effect.

I think fen is currently tearing their hair out over this, or was recently. IDK if they got it working yet though.

He said that "it's someone else's problem now" in my bug report's thread.

Seems to be a nasty one.
