still having an issue with the clothes shopping with anno

i talked to syri about her feelings that she has towards anno, and the wiki said to wait a week for the clothes shopping event to pop up, but its been close to 5 weeks by now and still nothing, someone told me it should proc automatically, but it hasnt proced yet, am i missing something?

You're going to have to be more specific.
When you talked to Syri, did you choose 'Anno's Hot', 'Deal With It' or 'Get Help'? Anything but 'Anno's Hot' locks you out of the quasi-incest, including the shopping scene.
Did you try my Console command?

I reset the flag. (I couldn't get the scene to trigger just by setting it to 3).
1. Talk to Syri, choose 'Anno's Hot'.
2. Wait 1 week.
3. Talk to Anno, she'll mention going clothes shopping.
4. Go to Mi Amour, choose 'Go For It'.
5. Go to the bedroom on your ship.
