I am attempting a new game with an additional restriction, that Steele cannot ever use an actual attack/damaging action.
I don't remember there being any main quest content that absolutely requires fighting, except Tam's drones in the first Stellar Tether combat on Tarkus.
I usually just steamroll over them, but I think they were immune to tease, at least in the first stage.
I realize it may be possible to simply fail the mission somehow, allow the bomb go off; but I am attempting to avoid a trail of planetary destruction this play through.

Also, any clever ideas on how to beat the fungal queen deconstruction unit without actually attacking it?

Specifically, I'm attempting this with:
-male
-tech
-shields
-treated (bull)
-holiday (horse suit)
-not spending stat points on level up
-only allowed sex with Celise on the ship
--consequentially, no Mirrin/Syri stats either

I'm just making it up as I go along, I might well go with emp nades on non-sentient mechs being acceptable.
Trying to figure out how to raise willpower without Mirrin or points now.
My expanding set of handicaps does make for some interesting challenges out of the normally trivial.
It's also nice that despite being a diku derivative, there is enough to the game to be meaningfully playable without the core combat treadmill.

Dunno. Most TFs dont do stat changes anymore. Unlike in CoC. There's probably some potion or other that boosts willpower. Admittedly Mirrin is the biggest pain out of any of those things to raise because training with her gives *so* much fatigue. (Also its really easy to accidentally hit the sex button mid training at which point you get teleported all the way to the entrance of new texas (useful if you're trying to sleep it off though))

Thing is mechas are immune to lust damage anyway so if you don't say you can use nades they're straight up impossible to beat, mechanically. Unless waiting for seigwolfe to EVENTUALLY kill it is acceptable.

The only other ways to raise willpower is temporary that being through lanes hypnosis or the focus pill if I remember right.

So, there are only three important encounters that can not be teased to the ground, if I remember right:
Tam Tam Turrets, Sentrybots on the ghost deck (optional), fungal Queen destruction Mining Machine (also optional).
So yes, except this turrets, there is nothing you can not go arround or run away from.

Also, try to get the Badger-Siegwufe-Combatbimbo.
It seems like it could be of use for your pacifistic ways.

And if you want things to be harder: No Mastrubation. So the only way to release is on your ship. You propably allready do this and just forgot to mention it.

I made it to Myr using only emp nades, then it all fell apart.
I started keeping a list of unteasable/problem content I ran into however.
Also, yes, no masturbation, lust being the limiting factor for expeditions away from the ship.

Back in the Sims 2 days, some clever (or not) people came up with "challenges" that added to or altered the game experience by adopting additional restrictions on what the player was allowed to do.
I realized my set of restrictions could be generalized for the same purpose, so I propose:

The TiTS Mostly Harmless Challenge -first draft
The universe may be full of monsters, but you're not one of them.

Rules:
1. Steele is not allowed to take an action which physically harms another intelligent character.
-This primarily means no melee, ranged or combat abilities.
-Non-sentient robots/machines are the obvious exception to this rule.
--Partial list:
--Sex Bots
--Ghost deck Security Droids
--Tam Tam/Elevator turrets
--Capt Khorgan 1st fight (mech suit)
--Fungal Queen Deconstruction Unit

Optional Part 2
Rules:
1. Steel is only allowed sexual relief on his ship. You may keep whatever/whomever you wish on the ship for this purpose, but may not relieve lust anywhere else.
a) This rule may be ignored if when absolutely necessary. This is TiTS after all.
(Optional)
2. Pick a character/harem/waifu-in-every-port of off-ship characters you are allowed to shag.
3. Pick a planet you are allowed to do whatever you want on. What happens on horny ant planet stays on horny ant planet.

I realize the two parts are mostly unconnected, the second only really serves to add difficulty, and continue the theme of a Steele in actual control of their actions.
The party purpose of the first part is to change the perspective of the game, not to assert or insert any given morality set. That said, Saint Steele has a lot of creative space behind it. While we're here, dibs on the TiTs: Gods and (Tentacle)Monsters expansion.

If there is any actual interest in this challenge idea, the mechanics really need to expand to integrate with the rest of the game. The group void pirate encounters are something I don't see a way around. Allowing Azra to punch Naleen A into submission is also potentially problematic, though it allowed me to complete her Mhen'ga expedition.
