Stealing Skills

I've come to learn that if you want to have the most unique character in this game, you're going to need imagination, and the mirror stance ability. Currently, I'm looking for any enemy that has the "Get over here" skill so I can be like my favorite Mortal Kombat character, Scorpion. Anyone know who has it?
